What are your payment facilities to make me easier to pay the order?

For all items which are in stock, the dispatch is made within a fortnight.

How do you pack each set?

Each set is packed in a polybag and put in a sturdy cardboard box and then finally placed in air/sea-worthy wood/Corrugated box as per your choice.

How do you ship?

We ship via air or sea depending on the urgency of the shipment.

Do you replace broken/cracked pieces?

Yes, we do have a replacement policy in place.
